[AI]The digital crisis room

Stay in controlwhen pressure is on.

AI built for crisis cells. A war room that runs in real time. The Crisis Manager's modern edge:

  • a complete situation dashboard;
  • decision catalogue and action plans on the fly;
  • steering of operational teams.

You stay in command.

Built for crisis directors, CISOs, DPOs and business continuity leads.

Illustration: a note taken in the crisis cell is automatically sorted into an event, an action and a decision while a regulatory deadline counts down.

The film

Inside a crisis cell.

How it works

From noise to signal, in four moves.

In a crisis, information arrives in bulk and decisions are made standing up. Crisis Assistant brings order without slowing anyone down.

  1. Capture

Take your notes, the AI files them. Every note taken in the cell, typed or dictated, becomes a timestamped log entry.

    10:42SAP unreachable from Lyon
    10:43CISO isolating the plant network
    10:44Supplier VPN access cut

Typed notes or dictation · automatic timestamps · audit trail

  2. Structure

Every entry lands in the right place: an event to follow, an action with its owner, a decision to record. The action plan builds itself while you take notes.

    Events
    SAP down
    Workstations encrypted in Lyon
    Actions
    Isolate the plant network
    Restore from backup
    Decisions
    Cut supplier VPNs

Events · action plan · Gantt · cascading effects

  3. Communicate

Staff, customers, authorities, press: one draft per audience, consistent with the established facts, to approve before anything goes out.

  4. Hand over

Shift handover, situation report, lessons learned: generated from the recorded facts.

An AI that knows your organisation

Your procedures, finally there when it counts.

Upload continuity plans, playbooks and crisis directories. The [AI]dvisor builds on them, cites its sources, and says plainly what your documents don't cover instead of making it up.

Regulatory deadlines

The clocks are ticking. You can see them.

Depending on your sector and the incident, Crisis Assistant identifies the obligations that apply, starts the countdowns and drafts the notifications.

0hours
NIS2 — early warning
to the authority, after becoming aware of a significant incident
0hours
NIS2 — notification
initial assessment of the incident
0hours
GDPR — data breach
notification to the supervisory authority
0hours
DORA — major ICT incident
initial notification after classification

Indicative deadlines under the texts in force. Regulatory tracking also covers sector authorities and obligations specific to your business.

The action plan

The AI sets the pace.

Every action has an owner and a deadline. The [AI]dvisor keeps the beat: it flags delays and chases the operational owner right on their phone. Their reply, done, in progress or blocked, updates the action plan in real time, in front of the whole cell.

Training

Rehearse before it happens.

Run an exercise on a realistic scenario: injects drop in as it unfolds, the cell responds in the real tool, and the evaluation shows what to strengthen.

  2. T+20A journalist asks for confirmation of a cyberattack.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Who is Crisis Assistant for?

Organisations that need to be able to convene a crisis cell: executive teams, CISOs, DPOs, business continuity and communication leads. It is used during the crisis, and to prepare for it.

Does the AI make decisions for us?

No. It captures, structures, tracks deadlines and proposes drafts. Decisions stay human: they are written to the log in your name, and every change is recorded in the audit trail.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Crisis Assistant runs in the browser, on desktop and mobile. Dictation uses the device microphone.

Which regulations are tracked?

Regulatory tracking identifies the obligations that apply to the incident and your sector — including NIS2, GDPR and DORA, as well as sector authorities — then starts the countdowns and drafts the notifications.

How does the AI know our organisation?

You upload your key documents (continuity plan, playbooks, crisis directory, procedures) through an onboarding assistant. The AI uses them to answer and cites the documents it relies on.

Can we train without waiting for a real crisis?

Yes. The training module runs scenarios with timed injects, in the same tool used in a real crisis, then evaluates how the cell responded.

The next crisis won't wait. Be ready.

Open your cell, upload your key documents and run a first exercise today.
